    THE BANDS GEAR

    BEANY-i have a 15 watt marshall amp for gigging and a 10 watt AXL for practice. The 15 watt marshall might sound rubbish but it is huge and produces an ace sound. I also have a Les paul, Fender Acoustic and an X-Cort.
    JAMES-i have a hohner blue acoutic, a 10 watt KUSTOM, a vintage black SG and Stratocaster. I also have a bad monkey overdrive pedal, it sounds ace!
    PRINGLETON-i have a drum kit!

    THE BAND CURRENTLY HAS DONE 4/5 SONGS WITH MUCH MORE MATERIAL COMING ALONG. ONE OF OUR SONGS HAS A SUM 41/NICKLEBACK APPROACH AND IS COMIN ALONG FINE (DREAMS).
    ANOTHER ONE OF OUR SONGS IS CALLED SUPER LAMBA WHICH WE R SURE PEOPLE WE KNOW AVE HEARD OF!
    THERE IS ALSO A POSSIBILITY OF US DOIN A COVER OF GREEN DAY'S HITCHIN A RIDE!

    PLAYIN POSSUM

    We are an upcoming new band located around the Whalley/Mellor area. The band is a 3 piece which wa formed by James Frankland, Mik Pringleton and Beany

    The band was formed in mid 2005 after the process of us all being in other bands which didnt work out. But after joining forces, we have created something special in the name of Playin Possum.

    We have band practice at Mellor Brook so if your in the neighborhood and happen to hear some loud music then who else is it gonna be but...................PLAYIN POSSUM!
